Primary Vote Count doesn't add up in D.C.

That number appeared in the category for 'overvotes' in 13 separate races when the D.C. Board of Elections and Ethics released early results on election night. But those votes inexplicably vanished shortly after midnight, when officials posted what they identified as corrected results. ... "
